Upon signing up we will contact you to arrange a boiler service, this will include an inspection of your rental's radiators, controls, plumbing & electrical systems. We offer advice in relation to the efficiency of your heating system and different ways that you may be able to improve this such as by installing a smart thermostat.
 
Our Landlord Care plan covers numerous components on your system including but not limited to: Central heating pump, fan, thermostat, radiators, valves, hot water cylinder, tap washers,  electrical sockets, toilet fill valves, light switches & much more.
